Need a hand,
we've got you

Everything you need to know about logging in, RSVPing, menu choices, and reaching Zoë & Lee directly. Tap any question to expand the answer.

Quick links

1.Logging in

You'll only need to do this once on each device — the site remembers you next time.

How do I log in?

You need two things, both from the invitation email Zoë & Lee sent you:

  • The email address they sent the invitation to
  • The 4-digit PIN from that email

Type both into the login screen and you're in. Your browser remembers you for up to a year on the same device, so you can just bookmark the page and come back any time.

I've lost my PIN — what do I do?

No drama. On the login page tap "Forgot PIN?", enter your email, and a fresh PIN will be sent to you within seconds. The old one stops working as soon as the new one is sent.

If the new PIN doesn't arrive in a couple of minutes, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

I never got the original invitation email

Three things to try, in this order:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. First emails from new senders often land there. If you find it, mark it as "Not Junk" so future ones come straight to your inbox.
  2. Make sure you're checking the right email. If Zoë & Lee have your personal address but you check your work email more, the invite might be in the personal inbox.
  3. Still nothing? Get in touch with the couple directly — they can resend it for you, or update your email address if it was wrong.
It says "email or PIN incorrect" but I'm sure they're right
  • Double-check there are no typos in your email — it has to match exactly what's on file
  • If you've requested a new PIN recently, the old one no longer works — use the most recent one
  • If you've tried 5 times in a row, the system locks the account for 15 minutes as a safety measure. Wait it out and try again — or use "Forgot PIN?" to start fresh

2.RSVPing

You're answering for everyone in your party in one go — one form, one save, all done.

How do I actually RSVP?

Once logged in, scroll to the RSVP section. You'll see one card per person in your party. For each person, tick whether they'll attend each event (e.g. ceremony, reception). Then hit "Save my RSVP" at the bottom. That's it — Zoë & Lee can see your answer immediately.

I'm RSVPing for my whole family — is that right?

Yes. The person who got the email is the party leader for everyone in your household. You answer once for everyone, no need for separate logins.

If anyone's plans change later, just come back and update — there's no deadline as long as it's before the wedding.

Can I change my answer later?

Yes, any time before the wedding. Just log back in and edit. The couple sees the latest version.

I can't decide yet — can I leave it blank?

You can — your RSVP just stays in "pending" until you confirm. But please come back and answer once you know, so the couple has accurate numbers for the venue. A polite "no" is far better than no answer at all.

4.Plus-ones & family

Adding a partner or guest to your party.

I see I can bring a plus-one — how do I add them?

If Zoë & Lee have ticked "+1 allowed" for you, you'll see an "+ Add my plus one" button under your name on the RSVP form. Tap it, type their name, choose adult or child, and save. They'll show up in your party list and you can fill in their menu and dietary details.

I don't see a plus-one option — can I still bring someone?

Not automatically — the option only appears if Zoë & Lee have specifically allowed it for you. If you'd like to bring someone, please message the couple directly and ask. They can enable it for you and you'll see the button next time you log in.

I added a plus-one and now I want to remove them

Just message Zoë & Lee and ask them to remove the plus-one for you. Easy fix at their end.

5.Messaging the couple

Got a question? Talk to them privately, right here.

Can I message Zoë & Lee privately?

Yes — that's the whole point of the messages section on your hub. Scroll to the "Message the couple" area, type your question, and send. They'll see it next time they log into their admin and can reply right back to you here.

Each party has its own private thread — only you and Zoë & Lee can see it. Other guests can't read your messages and you can't read theirs.

Will I get an email when they reply?

Not at the moment. Replies appear here when you log back in, so check back in a day or so if you're waiting on an answer. If it's urgent, just text or call — wedding planning is hectic on their side too.

What kind of things should I message about?

Anything that affects your RSVP or attendance. For example:

  • "My partner can come after all — can you add them?"
  • "What time does the ceremony start exactly?"
  • "Is there parking at the venue?"
  • "I have a baby with me — is there somewhere quiet to feed them?"
  • "I'm running late on the day — who should I call?"

6.Wedding details

All the practical stuff — when, where, what to wear.

Where do I find the venue, schedule and accommodation info?

Once logged in, your hub has sections for:

  • Schedule — what's happening and when, with times, addresses and dress codes
  • Where to stay — recommended hotels nearby
  • Common questions — anything Zoë & Lee have anticipated

It's all on one page — just scroll.

What time does the wedding start?

Check the Schedule section on the hub — every event has a date and time. Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony.

What should I wear?

If Zoë & Lee have set a dress code for any of the events, it'll show as a tag on that event in the schedule (e.g. "Black tie", "Smart casual"). If there's no dress code listed, message them — they'll be happy to advise.

Will I get a reminder closer to the day?

That depends on whether Zoë & Lee choose to send out updates — they have a broadcast tool for sending messages to all their guests. The countdown at the top of your hub will count down to zero whether they message or not.

7.Privacy

What we do — and definitely don't do — with your information.

Who can see my answer?
  • The couple — yes, that's the whole point
  • Other guests — no. Each party only sees their own info
  • The venue — your name, your menu choice, and any dietary notes get shared with the venue/caterer (your email and PIN do not)
  • Anyone else — no. The site isn't indexed by search engines and your info is never shared, sold or used for anything other than this wedding
Is my email safe here?

Yes. We use it solely for sending you wedding-related emails (your invite, PIN reset, anything Zoë & Lee broadcast). We never sell, share, rent or use it for marketing. It vanishes from our systems when the hub is archived 6 months after the wedding.

What happens to my info after the wedding?

The hub stays live for 6 months after the wedding date so you can revisit, see post-wedding photos and messages, and stay in touch with the couple. After that the hub is archived. Zoë & Lee can request a full data export and the data is then deleted.

8.Still stuck?

If your question isn't here, here's what to do next.

I have a question that's not in this help

For anything wedding-specific (the date, venue, dress code, food, etc), the best people to ask are Zoë & Lee themselves — use the "Message the couple" feature on your hub. They know their day best.

You can also email them directly at sarah.tom@example.com.

For anything that looks broken on the website itself (login errors, weird display issues, missing buttons), email hello@ourbigwedding.day and we'll sort it out. Real human, no chatbots.

The site looks weird on my phone

Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening your browser. If it's still odd, let us know which phone and browser you're using and we'll take a look. Email hello@ourbigwedding.day.

I think there's a security issue

Email hello@ourbigwedding.day straight away with details. We take this seriously and will respond same day.
